Il litorale del Comune di Fiumicino si prepara ad ospitare uno degli appuntamenti più attesi dagli appassionati di pesca sportiva
L’ASD Passoscuro Surfcasting organizzerà le tappe del campionato provinciale, regionale e il Campionato Italiano Master 2026 di Surfcasting, la disciplina della pesca dalla spiaggia.
La manifestazione si svolgerà dal 26 al 28 marzo lungo le spiagge di Passoscuro, Maccarese e Fregene, trasformando il litorale in un grande campo di gara a cielo aperto.
“Il campionato offrirà un’occasione unica di sport e aggregazione sul nostro territorio – ha dichiarato Gianluca Verginelli, presidente dell’ASD Passoscuro Surfcasting –.
L’edizione di quest’anno ha stabilito un vero record di partecipazione con oltre 220 atleti provenienti da tutta Italia.
Vogliamo inoltre ringraziare la Misericordia di Fiumicino, che metterà a disposizione i mezzi di soccorso durante tutta la manifestazione, garantendo la sicurezza di atleti e pubblico”.
L’evento rappresenta anche un’importante vetrina per il territorio.
“Questa competizione è un’occasione di incontro tra appassionati, ma anche uno strumento di promozione e valorizzazione del nostro litorale – ha aggiunto Massimiliano Catini, Delegato del Sindaco al Demanio Marittimo –.
Siamo orgogliosi di poter ospitare atleti provenienti da tutta Italia e di mostrare loro la bellezza delle spiagge di Fiumicino”.
Tre giorni di sport, passione e natura che porteranno sul litorale romano centinaia di atleti e appassionati, contribuendo a rafforzare il ruolo di Fiumicino come polo di riferimento per eventi sportivi legati al mare.
