Latte Sano protagonista a “The Dinner Experience” con Chefs in Rome
I prodotti di Fattoria Latte Sano, eccellenza del litorale romano, saranno protagonisti della seconda edizione di “The Dinner Experience”, il format ideato da Chefs in Rome che fonde alta cucina e identità culturale della Capitale attraverso sette serate a tema ispirate ai monumenti più iconici della città.
Mozzarelle, ricotte e formaggi di qualità saranno impiegati in piatti creativi firmati da chef stellati e pasticceri d’eccellenza, in un viaggio sensoriale e narrativo che celebra Roma e la sua tradizione gastronomica.
Il primo appuntamento si è svolto il 19 giugno al ristorante Ozio ai Parioli, con lo chef Gianluca Guidi e la pastry chef Luisa De Miccoli.
Il prossimo evento si terrà il 17 settembre presso Osteria Landi, con protagonisti Claudio Prossomariti, Daniele Usai e Valerio Esposito.
«Abbiamo aderito con entusiasmo al progetto, che valorizza non solo il sapore dei nostri prodotti, ma anche il loro legame culturale con Roma»,
ha dichiarato Simone Aiuti, Vice Direttore Generale di Latte Sano.
