La ViceSindaco Loredana Gabrielli: “Un incontro di scienza, sensibilità ed emozione”
Il Comune di Monteromano, con il forte impegno e la volontà della Vicesindaco Loredana Gabrielli, ha
organizzato presso il Teatro La Rotonda un importante convegno dedicato al tema della demenza, una
realtà che tocca da vicino pazienti e famiglie e che richiede attenzione, sensibilità e una solida rete di
sostegno.
All’iniziativa hanno preso parte numerosi professionisti dellaASL di Viterbo, che quotidianamente
operano a stretto contatto con chi affronta questa malattia, offrendo il loro prezioso contributo di
esperienza e competenza.
Durante il convegno sono state illustrate le principali strategie di prevenzione e sostegno, sottolineando l’importanza di un intervento tempestivo e presentando la rete attivata dalla ASL attraverso i vari centri territoriali.
Un momento particolarmente toccante è stata la lettura di alcuni brani tratti dal libro “Vite senz’anima”
del dott. Giuseppe Bomboi, che racconta la storia di un malato di Alzheimer.
La lettura, intensa e suggestiva, ha suscitato grande emozione tra i presenti, offrendo uno sguardo
profondo e umano sulla malattia.
