Il Comune di Fiumicino pianta un albero nel Parco di Villa Guglielmi
Questa mattina il Parco di Villa Guglielmi si è arricchito di un nuovo albero, carico di significato: un gelso,
piantato in memoria di Fabrizio Bossoni, scomparso tragicamente lo scorso anno in un incidente stradale
mentre si recava al lavoro.
La cerimonia, commovente e partecipata, ha visto la presenza della famiglia di Fabrizio, di numerosi amici,
sportivi e rappresentanti dell’Amministrazione comunale, tra cui l’Assessore all’Ambiente Stefano Costa,
l’Assessore allo Sport Federica Poggio e diversi consiglieri comunali.
Il gelso, pianta particolarmente cara a Fabrizio e scelta dalla sua famiglia, è stato collocato in uno dei
luoghi che lui amava frequentare ogni giorno, come simbolo duraturo della sua presenza e del suo
legame con la comunità.
“Fabrizio era un atleta appassionato, una figura amata e conosciuta nel mondo sportivo locale – ha ricordato l’Assessore Poggio – Lo abbiamo omaggiato anche con una gara podistica, lo scorso 25 maggio, sulla distanza dei 10 km, che ha visto una grande partecipazione.”
«La proposta della piantumazione è arrivata dalla sua famiglia, e l’Amministrazione ha accolto con grande sensibilità l’iniziativa – ha spiegato l’Assessore Costa – È stato un momento toccante, e siamo fieri di aver contribuito a mantenere viva la sua memoria in un luogo simbolico per lui e per tutti noi.»
Il gelso piantato oggi non è solo un omaggio personale, ma anche un segno tangibile di comunità e affetto, che arricchisce il verde cittadino con una storia di sport, amicizia e memoria condivisa.
