Deciso il Sindaco Baccini: “Impegno costante per la legalità”
Il sindaco di Fiumicino, Mario Baccini, ha annunciato attraverso un post sui propri canali social l’esito dei recenti controlli effettuati sul litorale del Comune,
che hanno portato ad arresti, denunce, segnalazioni e sanzioni nei confronti di soggetti e attività non in regola.

“L’Amministrazione conferma il suo impegno costante a favore della legalità e della sicurezza – ha dichiarato Baccini –. La nostra richiesta di intensificare i controlli è stata chiara e determinata”.
Il primo cittadino ha voluto esprimere un ringraziamento particolare al Prefetto di Roma, Lamberto Giannini, “per la costante attenzione riservata alle esigenze del nostro Comune,
da me ribadite anche negli ultimi Comitati Provinciali per l’Ordine e la Sicurezza Pubblica ai quali ho partecipato”, e ai Carabinieri della Compagnia di Ostia “per l’eccellente lavoro svolto”.
L’operazione rientra in un più ampio piano di azioni coordinate, che vede coinvolte le diverse forze dell’ordine insieme alla Polizia Locale,
con l’obiettivo di contrastare l’illegalità e garantire la sicurezza nei diversi contesti del territorio comunale.
