L’Assessore Angelo Caroccia: “Più equità e trasparenza nell’assegnazione”
Il Comune di Fiumicino ha approvato il nuovo bando per l’assegnazione degli alloggi di edilizia residenziale pubblica (ERP), aggiornando le modalità di accesso e i criteri di valutazione delle domande in conformità alle normative regionali.
Il nuovo regolamento sostituisce il precedente avviso risalente al 2009, introducendo importanti novità per garantire maggiore equità sociale.
Tra i principali cambiamenti:
revisione dei requisiti di accesso;
adozione di un nuovo indicatore economico;
rimodulazione dei punteggi per riflettere più accuratamente le condizioni socio-abitative dei richiedenti.
L’Assessore alle Politiche Abitative Angelo Caroccia ha dichiarato:
“Con questo nuovo bando intendiamo garantire maggiore equità e trasparenza nel processo di assegnazione delle case popolari, assicurando che le situazioni di maggior bisogno siano valutate con criteri aggiornati e rispondenti alla realtà attuale.”
Per agevolare la transizione, è previsto un periodo di sei mesi durante il quale coesisteranno due graduatorie: quella del vecchio bando (limitata ai primi cinque nomi) e la nuova.
Le assegnazioni avverranno in modo alternato. Dal 22 maggio, le nuove domande saranno accettate solo secondo i nuovi criteri.
L’iniziativa segna un passo avanti concreto per una gestione più moderna e giusta del patrimonio abitativo pubblico.
