La riconversione industriale cittadina passa per questi progetti… non si può sbagliare!
Si è svolto oggi al Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (Mimit) il primo tavolo tecnico sulla riconversione dell’area dell’ex centrale a carbone di Torrevaldaliga Nord, un passaggio fondamentale per il futuro industriale e occupazionale di Civitavecchia.
Al confronto, presieduto dal Capo Dipartimento per le politiche per le imprese del Mimit, Marco Calabrò, erano presenti il sottosegretario con delega alle crisi di impresa, Fausta Bergamotto,
la vicepresidente della Regione Lazio, Roberta Angelilli, il sindaco Marco Piendibene e i rappresentanti di Invitalia.
Durante la riunione, Invitalia ha illustrato un primo quadro dei 48 progetti presentati, evidenziandone le caratteristiche e le potenzialità, ma anche la necessità di approfondimenti tecnici per verificarne la reale fattibilità industriale, l’impatto occupazionale e la sostenibilità ambientale.
Il tavolo tecnico, avviato oggi con il coordinamento del Mimit, coinvolgerà Comune, Regione e Invitalia in un percorso di analisi procedurale e amministrativa volto a dare concretezza al rilancio dell’area.
In questa fase delicata, il rischio è che la mole di proposte e la complessità burocratica rallentino il processo decisionale.
Per questo diventa cruciale l’individuazione di un commissario ad hoc, dotato delle competenze necessarie per seguire passo dopo passo ogni fase della riconversione.
Il commissario dovrà garantire non solo il coordinamento tra istituzioni e imprese, ma anche la rapidità delle procedure amministrative, la chiarezza sugli aspetti urbanistici e la definizione di un eventuale accordo di programma.
Senza una guida autorevole e competente, il pericolo è che le tante manifestazioni d’interesse restino sulla carta, trasformando un’occasione storica per Civitavecchia in un ennesimo rinvio.
La riconversione dell’ex centrale Enel rappresenta un crocevia decisivo: non solo per il futuro industriale del porto e del territorio, ma anche per il tessuto sociale ed economico di un’intera comunità che attende risposte dopo la fine dell’era del carbone.
Dai prossimi mesi dipenderà la capacità di tradurre i progetti in realtà.
Per farlo serve metodo, visione e una governance forte: la nomina del commissario è il primo passo imprescindibile per dare a Civitavecchia l’opportunità di scrivere una nuova pagina della propria storia produttiva ed occupazionale.
